You use various tools and frameworks but have you ever looked how they are built? Maybe you wind Netty framework and WebSockets there.

WebSockets are alternative communication method based on the TCP protocol. It allows for two-way, full-duplex communication between the client and the server. During the presentation, we will implement such a solution using Netty.

Netty is a framework that allows to create such communication (and not only), based on asynchronous events, in a very efficient way. Like every framework, it has its conventions, which I will try to introduce to you.
